Chapter Update

A Word from the Secretariat

The ZUNA BUSE Technical Chapter has entered 2026 with renewed momentum, bringing together the brightest young minds at Bindura University of Science Education to champion the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. As a technical chapter of the Zimbabwe United Nations Association, our mandate is clear — to bridge the gap between global frameworks and local realities through software innovation, youth governance, and community-driven action.

This first quarter has seen the chapter consolidate its executive structure, launch new programs aligned with the SDGs, and prepare for flagship events including the Miss & Mr BUSE 2026 pageant — a celebration of leadership, talent, and excellence within our campus community. The pageant, presented by the Student Representative Council in partnership with ZUNA BUSE, opens voting on 1 June 2026 with the main event on 6 June 2026.

We invite all students, staff, and community stakeholders to engage with our programs, attend our events, and join the movement toward a more just, equitable, and technically empowered Zimbabwe.
